Step 1: Downloading our mobile app is easy.

Your company leader or manager will simply send an invite to caregivers to set up their password and download the mobile app. Each caregiver can then log in to view their upcoming shifts and to see if there are any open shifts available to request from a manager.

Step 2: Caregivers review visit details before the workday begins.

Once logged into the mobile app, caregivers can review all necessary care information like ADLs, Visit Notes, Care Plans, and Client Documents before their workday begins.

Step 3: Clock in and begin your workday without a glitch!

With the FirstVisit app, your caregiver can view a map noting where the patient is located and can get where they need to go more easily. Once they arrive, they clock in and begin the caring tasks unique to that patient. (All punches are geo-fenced around the patient’s home to ensure caregivers are punching in at the desired location.)

Step 3: Clock in and begin your workday without a glitch!

Step 4: Wrap up the visit with more complete reporting in real time.

Once the tasks are completed, the caregiver will then clock-out within the geo-fence and leave all notes relative to the visit. They can also share the mobile device with their patient, allowing them to review all the tasks performed, and to then sign off using their finger, to confirm the appropriate care has been provided. Lastly, the caregiver can record mileage incurred for the visit if the private duty agency requires it for reimbursement.

With our caregivers in high demand, they inevitably will be busy and ready to move forward to see their next client. The manager will receive notifications of each completed visit, along with all necessary visit information so can then begin to approve/edit time punches to process payroll and invoices.
